I am Tania Chew, a Nutrition & Health Coach helping busy people reduce stress, boost energy, improve digestion and build a healthier relationship with food without guilt, overwhelm or restriction.

My approach is warm, practical and deeply personalised. I help you understand your body, your habits and your triggers, so you can create sustainable change that genuinely feels good, not another short-term plan you will abandon in a few weeks or months.

    As a Nutrition & Health Coach, I provide guidance, education and accountability within my professional scope of practice. I support you to build better habits and make informed choices.

    I am not a dietitian or a nutritional therapist, their work includes clinical assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic treatment. My role is different: I empower you with practical, everyday strategies, behaviour change tools and evidence-informed nutrition coaching so you can feel more balanced in your body and your life.
